For my Master of Arts Narrative Environments (Central Saint Martins) final project, I developed and tested an alternative methodology for narrative filmmaking where the story grows from the visuals instead of vice versa. I created miniature fictive environments which inspired actors to play out a spontaneous narrative. These improvisations were documented, and served later as the basis of a green-screen shoot. Using visual effects, the footage was finally combined with the original fictive world.
